Papara Sent April 30, 2018

Braden couldn't send any pictures so I downloaded this photo of a surfer in Papara, Tahiti -- NOT ELDER KERR!
Welcome to the big island! It is pretty crazy here on Tahiti. Lots more cars, lots more people, lots more big mean dogs, and about the same amount of chickens. But lets be honest, it is still an island, the road is still right next to the ocean, and the mountains have more trees that Utah has ever seen, so super blessed!

A little bit about the new sector. My new companion is Elder Bennett, and he is a beast, really good at french. The house has four Elders, and it is HUGE!!!! Probable twice the size as both of my other houses combined. Had a car for about a day, then it broke down, so back on bike baby! Life is goooooood.

So the sector is called Papara. Since the start of the year, the Elders here covered Papara and Maraa, and the work in Papara pretty much died. Now that I am here, we are just for Papara, and we have some work to do to get it going. But the ward is pumped to have missionaries, and I am pumped to have a ward, so things are gonna start picking up, guaranteed!

Can't think of much else to say, crazy transfer week. And I don't have a way to upload pictures, sorry. Hope you will forgive me for the bad spelling, French spell check doesn't help a whole lot. Anyway, love you all, the church is true, the book is blue, have a great one!
